A long-time developer and friend of one of Exoterra's Architect's reached out and asked if we would like the opportunity to work with him on the West Coast. Always excited about mutually beneficial opportunities, we met with the client and proceeded to design these retail locations on the site of an existing building that had been destroyed by fire. The new venues fit right into the community and have been thriving even since.

LITTLE CAESARS - SPRINGFIELD

This project was interesting! Exoterra was hired to design and complete Construction Documents for a building that had collapsed due to a roof failure. The original facility was an oil change establishment that had been previously converted to a Little Caesars Pizza.

Our team of designers and engineers assessed the site, renovated the basement portion of the building, and completely redesigned the main level.​

​​One of the first prototype designs for this new franchise, Exoterra was hired to work with the interior designer to renovate an existing retail space into this new creatively themed coffee shop. We hope to have the opportunity to work on many more of these franchises as this company continues to grow.

One of our first projects with this client, this multi-tenant retail development became an instant success in a small town northeast of Nashville, TN.
